The telescope time is allocated by a local committee on the basis of scientific merit of the proposal. The schedule will be prepared for all the observing season.

The deadline for submitting proposals is March 20th.

Opportunity applications can be submitted at any time, in case of acceptance they will be scheduled within the director's discretionary time (DDT).

The instruments available for application are the Fresco spectrograph and the CCD camera at 91 cm.

For the first time CCD observing time with 80 cm automatic telescope (APT2) is offered on shared risk basis. Proposals will be selected as test cases for the operational tests of the APT2 during spring and summer 2011.
